Terms of service
Effective 29 October 2026
These terms are between you and [COMPANY NAME] ("Amoetta"). By using Amoetta you agree to them.
Who can use Amoetta
You must be 18 or over, legally able to enter this agreement, and live in or be visiting the United States, United Kingdom, Canada or France. One account per person. Information on your profile must be true and the photos must show you.
How to behave
Follow the community guidelines. No harassment, hate, nudity or sexual solicitation, impersonation, scams, commercial promotion, or asking for money. We may remove content or accounts that break the rules.
Meeting people
Amoetta is a platform, not a background-check service. We cannot guarantee who anyone is. Read the safety guide and use your judgment.
Free launch and Plus passes
During the launch period Plus allowances are free and we may end that at any time after notice in the app. Plus passes last 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, are paid for once, never renew automatically, and queue after any running pass. Messaging, verification, blocking, reporting and Scam Shield are free.
Paying
Card payments are processed by our payment provider. Crypto payments are made in USDC or USDT to the address shown in the app; send the exact amount on the network shown. Funds sent to the wrong address, network or amount may be unrecoverable; contact us and we'll try to help. Prices are shown in your local currency and include taxes where required.
Refunds and your legal rights
See our refund policy. In the UK and EU you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase, but when you buy a pass and ask for it to start immediately you agree that you lose that right once it starts. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post and give us a limited licence to show it to other members and operate the service. We don't sell it.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put people at risk.
Liability
Amoetta is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We aren't responsible for what members do, online or offline. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION]. If you are a consumer in the UK, EU or Canada, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the place where you live and the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
